Pet photos: The photos you upload so we can create your Christmas portraits.
Payment information: Handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your credit card numbers.
2. How We Use Your Information
To provide the service: We use your photos to generate portraits and your email to deliver them to you.
To send purchase receipts: After you buy, we'll email you a confirmation with your download link.
To improve our service: We may analyze usage patterns (not your actual photos) to make the service better.
3. Where We Store Your Data
Photos: Stored securely on Firebase/Google Cloud servers. They're encrypted and protected.
Payments: Processed and stored by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We never handle your card details directly.
4. How Long We Keep Your Data
Original photos: Stored securely and used only to generate your portraits.
Generated portraits: Available for download anytime via the "My Portraits" page using your email.
Email addresses: Kept for our records and to help with any support requests. You can request deletion anytime.
5. Third-Party Services
We use a few trusted services to run The Petty Pet Club:

You have control over your data. You can:
Request deletion: Ask us to delete your email and any associated data.
Download your data: Request a copy of the data we have about you.
Opt out: Unsubscribe from marketing emails (though we don't send many!).

All data is transmitted over secure HTTPS connections. Your photos are stored with encryption. We use industry-standard security practices.
While no system is 100% secure, we do our best to protect your information.
8. Cookies
We use minimal cookies — just the essentials to make the site work properly.
We don't use tracking cookies or sell your data to advertisers. Your browsing is your business.
9. Children's Privacy
Our service is not intended for children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we'll delete it.
